Nasya Camacho | Clinical Herbalist + 500hr eRYT

Nasya Camacho is a Clinical Herbalist and 500-hour eRYT with over a decade of experience in yoga, herbalism, and holistic wellness. Educated at ArborVitae: School of Traditional Herbalism, she is passionate about helping people reconnect with the wisdom of plants, their bodies, and the natural world.

Through her herbal consultations and workshops, Nasya creates spaces to learn, explore, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the plants around us. In this 4-week series, she’ll share the foundations of herbalism through a blend of traditional knowledge, practical tools, and plenty of curiosity — inviting you to discover how plants can become meaningful allies in your everyday life.
