𖦹 peak summer energy — harmonizing with the elements 𖦹

〰 Welcome to CAMP WILD
A four-day wellness retreat tucked into the magic of Raven Crest Botanicals in Upstate New York.

This is your invitation to unplug, soften, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

We want you to feel an immediate sense of belonging — like you’ve arrived somewhere you were always meant to be. A space for open hearts, curious minds, and wild spirits. Where the sun warms your skin, the wind moves through your hair, and the earth beneath your feet brings you home to yourself.

〰 〰 〰
Days that feel slower.
Laughter that carries through the trees.
A return to simple rhythms.

The Element Experience:

Each day carries the energy of an element,
guiding our movement, workshops, and rituals

Arrive, settle in, and explore the land. Opening circle, sunset slow flow, farm-to-table dinner, and intention setting to ground into the weekend.

  • 𖦹

    DAY 2 — WATER

Move by the water, breathe deeply, journal your reflections, walk with plants, make herbal medicine, wander or swim, and unwind with sunset yin.

  • 𖦹

    DAY 3 — FIRE

Energize with flow, embody the heart, explore seasonal energetics from an herbalist perspective, herb garden picnic, and a moon fire circle.

  • 𖦹

    DAY 4 — AIR

Closing practice, talk to flowers, nourishing brunch, and integration circle. Speak intentions into existence. Depart grounded + clear.
